About Lisa

Lisa is a certified Integrative Health Practitioner, certified Nutritionist, Whole Food Plant-Based Chef and a health and fitness enthusiast who has more than 22 yrs experience working with individuals. Through her program, Lisa has worked with many clients to help them take control of their body, live healthy and feel great. Her program provides a wiser approach to healthy living with life-long results. Lisa is passionate about helping people live healthy and feel great - one step at a time. Her main focus is to guide her clients on their journey to a wiser and more sustainable approach to healthy living. Her program is based around the DESTRESS protocol; which can include Diet, Exercise, Stress, Toxins, Rest/Sleep, Emotional Health, Supplementation and Success Mindset. Lisa will guide you as you focus on YOUR goals and the habits that will bring you the results you’re looking for - results that last a lifetime.
